Syncing a remote .repo file into Satellite?

Hi everyone,

i am currently looking for the best way to keep this repository:

https://packages.microsoft.com/config/rhel/8/prod.repo

up to date in satellite, without any bash scripting if possible.
Somehow i seem to fail at that task. Would be awesome if any of you could help me out.
