modules acpiphp, acpi_memhotplug

Hello,
I'm sorry if this forum is not the right place. I don't know is the right forums to talk about this.

I have virtual machine on vmWare 6.5 and i need to change de virtual memory and virtual cpu on hot-plug. I read is necesary install these two modules acpiphp and acpi_memhotplug. The virtual machine has this kernel version 3.10.0-1160.15.2.el7.x86_64 and I installed kernel source.
The only files about these modules I found, it was
/lib/modules/3.10.0-1160.15.2.el7.x86_64/kernel/drivers/pci/hotplug/acpiphp_ibm.ko.xz

But I don't know how to install this module and the file acpiphp_ibm.ko.xz is the right file to install.

At the end I need to instal these modules acpiphp, acpi_memhotplug on red hat 7 but I don't knowhow to do this.
