Trying to use the free subscription and it fails

Using this link

I tried and failed.

[root@openshift2 ~]# subscription-manager register --username=admin --password=secret

HTTP error (401 - Unauthorized): Invalid username or password. To create a login, please visit https://www.redhat.com/wapps/ugc/register.html

Do redhat still provide free subscription ?
