Hi Peter,

Do you mean you are unable to login to the account?

As a fellow customer I can only advise:

If so contact Customer Services in you region to fix the issue, via:

[Red Hat Reach out to us]https://www.redhat.com/en/contact#tab.contact-method.1

Select your region and choose Customer Services.

I can login the developer portal but in the subscriptions its empty nothing no expired nothing , i clicked the renewal 30 days ago and got an email from RedHat but now i want to continue but i cannot get any updates because of no subscription i believed this would get converted to the new Red Hat Developer Subscription for Individuals but i have no way to attach that

Hi Peter,

Following the instructions I have provided in Red Hat Developer Subscription : Renewal - Best Practice should solve the problem. :)

Christian

Ok the 'new' subscription has now appeared but this was not there before

Hi Peter,

Great ! That's why I wrote the article ... glad you could get it done. :)

Login in your account and go here: https://access.redhat.com/management/activation_keys

Create a key, now attach that key with your subscription.

In your Red Hat machine do the following commands:

sudo subscription-manager unregister

sudo subscription-manager refresh

sudo subscription-manager register

put your credentials

sudo subscription-manager attach --auto

sudo subscription-manager refresh

now run #yum update to see if it is working

i've some problems when I put my credentials in Anaconda, don't put anything when you are installing a new Red Hat system, do that later with subscription command in terminal, it will create a subscr.
