Sync issues

Hi
I have started having issues syncing the repository https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel/server/7/7Server/x86_64/os

I am getting 502 errors
Task canceledError message: the server returns an error
HTTP status code: 502

Reason: Error reading from remote server

I have tried this now many times and it comes back with the same results. all other repositories of consequence seem to be syncing fine. just this one is having the issue. additionally i noticed when i browse to that url i get a certificate verification error.
