About applying Red Hat Insights recommendations

Hello everyone. I hope you are all fine. I have something to ask (... as usual). Although the overview panel of customer portal shows no errata, the Red Hat Insights suggests me to run the following commands

systemctl daemon-reload
dnf install irqbalance
systemctl start irqbalance.service
systemctl enable irqbalance.service

and in particular regarding the first to be of great importance. So, I should proceed, right? Thanks in advance.
