Product Enhancement Advisory

Hello everyone. I hope that you are all healthy and safe. Yesterday, I noticed a product enhancement advisory in my errata - an update for the perl-IO-Socket-SSL:2.066 and perl-libwww-perl:6.34 modules. How can I apply it? Isn't my system up-to-date through the use of the terminal command "sudo dnf upgrade"? Thanks in advance.
