Install of RHEL 7.9 Freezes at package install microcode_ctl

I am trying to install RHEL 7.9 workstation on a Dell Precision 7740 laptop. The install freezes everytime at package microcode_ctl, no matter what install options I choose. Any advice or help would be awesome!! Thank you.
