Old Patch internally installing and updating new patch

Hi,

I am trying to install patch RHSA-2020:4060(kernel-3.10.0-1160.el7.x86_64),

yum update --advisory=RHSA-2020:4060

but it is installing one more patch internally called RHSA-2020:4276(kernel-3.10.0-1160.2.2.el7.x86_64) and updating kernel

How to avoid this? or is this normal behaviour
