About minor releases of RHEL

Hello there. What is the best method for moving to a new minor release (e.g. from 8.2 to 8.3) of RHEL - sudo dnf upgrade or clean installation? Gnome Tweaks is the only application that I have installed beyond the preinstalled ones. Thanks in advance.
