HELP How to upgrade PHP5 to PHP7.2 on a RH7.4 offline

Hi all,
I need to upgrade PHP5 to the PHP7.2 in a RH7.4 VM.
The VM it is not internet connected and I can't use the repo online. So I searched in the official RH ISO and if I understand fine, the PHP7.2 it is available only in the ISO of RH8.
I tried to mount this ISO and I set it as default repo,but I am unable to install it because there are a lot of dependencies unrespected.
Do you think that we have all these dependencies unrespected because we are using an ISO RH8 on a RH7.4 system ?

Please, have you some idea how to upgrade PHP in offline mode ??
