RHLS - standard, can you use your re-take attempt to take another exam?

Hi all.

I have a question related to RHLS re-take exams. Can you use those to take further exams?
While browsing the internet it seems that for some people it was possible, and they were able to take 7 exams in total (5 + 2) using their RHLS exam vouchers.
