Managing minor OS releases with content view

We have a Corp mandate to only update RHEL OS minor releases on specific dates which of course is always a few months behind the RedHat release.
So my issue is when creating a content view using 7Server repos I always get the latest (Again which Corp doesn't want). But if in the content view I restrict my repos to example RHEL7.6 when release RHEL7.7 is allowed I update my content view, publish, and then have to re-subscribe all my servers to see the new content view updates.

I know there has to be a better way.
Any help would be appreciated..
