User role permission changed and now not able to login as Admin

Hi,

I changed user role permissions where he could see only task inbox and process instance screens. But, now when i login as pamAdmin or adminUser who have admin role assigned to them, it still gives them task inbox and process instance screen only. Admin tab is not visible and I cannot revert the changes from web console.

Please let me know how can i revert this.
