how to archive cow(link clone) concept as per vmware in rhv

Is there a way to archive cow(link clone) concept in rhv using any of these method:
1) template
2) Sanpshot

When we have created <template/snapshot> from VM having 200GB of Disk(100 GB OS + 100 GB data).

While Creating VM from the above <template/snapshot>, will Disk acts as COW(delta)copy on write? or till use the full clone.
