Learning subscription is showing zero days

Hi,

My Learning subscriptions is showing zero days when i checked few days before it was pending for almost 100+ days to get expired.. how come it is showing zero days. can you pls check again

Let me know if i have to change the exam schedule or modify the exam which link to follow pls ?
