Every time i renew an access token (via the refresh_token grant), another new refresh token is returned

Hi,

i am using redhat sso 7.3.x...

when an access token is expired, i try to get a new access token via the refresh_token grant (providing a valid refresh token), but another new refresh token is also returned.

is it a normal behavior?

will it cause performance issue?
