volume group does not show in /dev , /dev/mapper

Hi,

we can see vgdisplay and pvdisplay with output. But can not see created vg in /dev , /dev/mapper.

OS : RHEL 6.4

we use clvm.

what happen if you try to create manually works?
vgcreate -c n vg1 /dev/sdd1 /dev/sde1

Have you used 'vgchange -ay' or 'lvchange -ay'? (Or in a cluster also -aly or -aey as described on the man page.) Logical volumes don't appear in /dev unless they are active. Run lvdisplay and see if 'LV Status' says 'NOT available'.
