Missing the Deployment of “loan_application_1.0.0-SNAPSHOT” container with “default-kie-server”

Working through the online DM sample "Hello World" here:

Step 2 .7 (Build and Deploy)
Product appears now to have "Build and Install" and "Deploy" buttons. Deploy is disabled, Build and Install appears to work but the app is not visible in the KIE Server (not deployed?). I suspect the product has advanced past the online documentation. Has anyone got the Deployment to work with the latest downloads and installs?
