Package availabilty for RHEL8

I use the following apps for RHEL7 which I either got from the RHEL7 repos and a handful from the epel.

swatch nrpe nagios-plugins-nrpe.x86_64 lynis lsof yum-cron wget tcp_wrappers ntpdate aide logwatch yum-utils iptables-services psacct sysstat yum-plugin-changelog.noarch yum-plugin-fastestmirror.noarch yum-plugin-versionlock.noarch

rhel-7-server-extras-rpms
rhel-7-server-optional-rpms
rhel-7-server-rpms

I'm now using RHEL8 and I'm looking for the same packages

rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms
rhel-8-for-x86_64-supplementary-rpms
rhel-8-for-x86_64-baseos-rpms
epel repo for rhel8

But I cannot find the following
No match for argument: tcp_wrappers
No match for argument: ntpdate
No match for argument: yum-plugin-changelog.noarch
No match for argument: yum-plugin-fastestmirror.noarch
No match for argument: yum-plugin-versionlock.noarch
No match for argument: swatch
No match for argument: lynis

Will they be available or are there equivalents?
