what guest agent for rhel7?

when I installed a plain RHEL7 guest on x86_64, it installed the qemu-guest-agent, which according to the docs, should be ovirt-guest-agent-common.

RHEL7 on Power9? (which is rhel7-alt)

It's getting confusing, and I would like a definitive word.
