OpenJDK 11.0.3 for Windows

I am not able to find 11.0.3 update for Windows in the download section of OpenJDK

Went through the article on below page

The version 11.0.3 is available via RHEL repository on RH el, but for Windows, I do not find an updated version. Still, the download section has 11.0.2.

Please let us know when will version 11.0.3 will be available for Windows
