HAproxy for development cluster

I've built a small development cluster for openshift and realized I might have a problem.

When I was deploying the cluster I installed haproxy on a small VM in my old esxi environment.
It is time to get rid of that vm, but I don't know where to put haproxy. I don't have a hardware load balancer and I don't want to dedicate one or two physical servers to haproxy.

What are my options?
