403 (Forbidden error) after deploying decision manager server into oracle web logic container

Getting 403 error when deploying decision manager server war into oracle web logic server.

Steps :
1. installed the oracle web logic server.
2. download the "Red Hat Decision Manager 7.2.0 Decision Server for All Supported EE7 Containers" zip.
3. extract the zip.
4. deploy the decision server war file in oracle web logic container.
5. War file deployed successfully but when open the decision server
web application url, getting 403 error.
