Open JDK 11 - web start?

Hi,
when trying to download and install OpenJDK builds the over view page states that the windows installer should include web start support using the Iced Tea Web implementation. When trying to install it I don't see any inclusion at all of this plugin. Is the information wrong or am I missing something?
