How to Export and Import IPA Server User and Group to Other IPA Server

Hi Expert,

I'm using IPA server running on Rhat 7.5.
The issue is I want to export and import the user and group from IPA Server ''A'' to IPA Server ''B".
Is it necessary to stop the service of IPA Server?
Do anyone know the command and step by step to export and import IPA server user and group?
