Power configuration

Hi,

I am trying the cheese app, but I see it displays an error and doesn't respond. I tried to open dmesg and found out this error "device descriptor read/8, error -110".

I have checked some documentations and found out that shutdown and start the machine again ca fix this issue. Hence, this will be a temporary fix for my problem, but I need to have a permanent fix for this issue.

Can anyone help me out with this please?
