Battery has failed and cannot support data retention. Please replace the battery

Seeing below message everyday in /var/log/messages. does any one who known how to eliminate this error，Is it really necessary to replace the battery?Looking forwarding some helpful advise. thanks

Hi,

That certainly indicating some issue with disk controller/battery, so please contact hardware vendor for further diagnosis and help.
