how to configure OS specific custom resository

We created custom yum repositories for 3rd party apps that don't have the courtesy to provide their own repos. I created a new product and created a separate repo for rhel6 and rhel7 packages. When I add the subscription to the host, both repos show up as enabled. Is there a way to set up the repo so it only enables on the correct OS?
