KVM Replication options

Hi,

I am bit new to RHEL KVM space. But I am familiar with other virtualization tech like vmware, hyperv. Since these technologies have hypervisor level replication, does RH KVM offers have that feature?

Does any 3rd party vendor provide that service with reliability?
