OSP 13 Upgrade Product Enhancement Advisory

Hi folks,

can someone assist to upgrade our undercloud the install the corresponding overcloud after that?
We have osp 13 but are facing a lot of issues which should be fixed with this:
These packages will be needed to fix all known issues.

First try failed.

used this but it does not work as expected.
After the director upgrade we were not able to delete the overcloud.
openstack stack overcloud delete was the command.
so something went wrong.
got a lot of error messages. conflicts with interfaces etc.
overcloud update deployment failed too.
unfortunately, i have not the detailed message
