AD authentication issue

Hi,

We are having an issue with CFME running AD authentication. I'm trying to log in with AD user first time. I have a default group for the user set up and no AD groups configured. In logs I can see user successfully authenticated against AD, but right after that the second round of authentication comes with empty user. In CFME fails to create user and login process fails, but authentication succeeded. We are using CFME 5.9.4.7. Logs and authentication screenshot settings attached. Any help would be appreciated.
