rh-eclipse47 and rh-eclipse46 will crash on startup after installing any plugin

Both versions of eclipse will fail to boot after installing any plugin through the "Install New Software" option. However, installing through marketplace works.

I have been trying to install WindowBuilder Pro, and after it installs. Eclipse will fail to start up. Same occured when I tried to install Eclipse UML Generator.
