I wonder if python3.6 in RedHat which I found it's package in RHSCL repository supports mysql driver or not ?
there is a PyMySQL module , which is defined as pure python module for mysql library .

I' appreciate if you guide me through this.

The package you are looking for is rh-python36-python-PyMySQL, it should be in the repository. That means it is supported.
