Yes, there's a package in EPEL: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL

Hi GD,

As you are asking every now and then if something can be installed on RHEL ... you can simply find out if a package is available
from the repositories you have enabled. I know that you have the EPEL repo enabled, so you can find it out with the command sudo yum list i3. It will show you that i3 is available, but not installed. Install the package with sudo yum install i3.
