Plugin Management Not Available in RHDM

Hello Team,

We are not able to view the Plugin Management in latest Red Hat Decision Manager (version 7.0.1) which was available as part of BRMS 6.4 .
This is required to create a custom page and display it as a dynamic menu in business central.

Could you please let us know if this is deprecated. If not procedure to access it.
