Whats the safest way to create a clean bootable USB ?

I am now going through my first steps into the the Linux world and I want to make sure that before I install Red Had Enterprise Linux, I am using the safest way to create a bootable USB security wise.

I'm currently Using Ubunto,
All help will be appreciated.

Etcher might be the tool you're looking for ... easy to use and reliable in creating well working and safe USB installation media. :)

i use allway's gnome-disks tools , recovery disk image...... but Etcher is a great tool.
