multipath.conf file overwritten by VDSM

Hi
After Installation of self hosted engine deployment my orignal multipath.conf file was overwritten and now i see wwwn name in the lsblk output whcih was not expected . I had set it to alias and user-friendly names . What shoudl i do to revert it back or what is the correct way of handling multipath in RHEV 4.2 .

I am using Ceph ISCSI Gateway Storage for use with multipath.conf
Should i use VDSM PRIVATE
