Reactivating RHOL Account

Hello,

I flew to San Francisco with my partner for the RH Summit and Power Trainings, but he got very sick and could not attend. I got permission to retrieve his power training materials, as he was expecting to be able to come to part of the Training. Unfortunately not, but he was glad to at least have a Learning Subscription for 30 days to work with. He's now unable to login to https://rol.redhat.com with his Customer Portal login.

He's writing training_sales@redhat.com to ask about access to his subscription.

Does anyone, particularly administrators here, have advice on what we should do to access or reactivate this basic online learning subscription?
