RHEL 7.5 Samba AD DC

I just installed RHEL 7.5 and the Samba package. I found that there is no samba-tool command so how can I do the domain provisioning?

The samba-4.7.1-6.el7 spec file contains the following global options:

%global with_mitkrb5 1
%global with_dc 1

%if %with_mitkrb5
        --with-system-mitkrb5 \
%endif
%if ! %with_dc
        --without-ad-dc \
%endif

That suggests it has been builded with MIT Kerberos support as per https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Running_a_Samba_AD_DC_with_MIT_Kerberos_KDC

That being said, I don't know if the samba distributed by RH is intended to be run as AD DC on its own or maybe only inside a FreeIPA/IdM infrastructure (as I suppose).

I hope someone can clarify.
