  • Cannot Enable Repos

    Posted on

    Hi,

I am having a very hard time enabling repos. I am just trying to enable a repo or two so that I can install some packages. I initially had an issue where I would get the following whenever running a yum command :

    https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel/server/7/7Server/x86_64/os/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] curl#58 - "unable to load client key: -8178 (SEC_ERROR_BAD_KEY)"
    Trying other mirror.

    YUM

I was able to resolve this by downloading and copying the correct file .pem file to /etc/pki/entitlement

I ran yum update just to see if it would work and now i'm getting 403 - Forbidden errors:

    https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel/server/7/7Server/x86_64/os/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTPS Error 403 - Forbidden
    Trying other mirror.
To address this issue please refer to the below knowledge base article

    https://access.redhat.com/solutions/69319

    403 Forbidden

I followed the instructions in the article listed but still no luck. Any suggestions?
