Does redhat update the unbound-libs rpm with the latest pem bundle from unbound so it doesnt keep deploying expired certificates?

expired certs from package:
/etc/unbound/icannbundle.pem

latest bundle:
https://data.iana.org/root-anchors/icannbundle.pem

just curious what the occurence is of updating this bundle in the rpm...
