DO280 Red Hat OpenShift Administration I - First lab exercise doesn't seem to work

I'm currently on Guided Exercise: Preparing for Installation
My Lab consists of the following servers:
classroom
ocp
infrastructure
workstation

Through the first chapter and this first exercise in chapter 2 describe it as this:
content.example.com, materials.example.com, classroom.example.com,

workstation.lab.example.com, workstationX.example.com
master.lab.example.com

node1.lab.example.com

node2.lab.example.com

I don't have host entries for these servers in /etc/hosts (From the workstation vm)

And when I attempt to run the first exercise this command fails to setup the lab:
lab install-prepare setup
Error: unknown problem specified and not found, install-prepare

Did I miss a section on preparing the environment before this?
Please advise
