Scehduling Exams on examslocal.com from May 1st 2018
Hi All,
I just want to know if it is true that one will not be able to schedule RedHat exams through examslocal.com from May 1st 2018. If that is true, what is the alternative?
Thanks

It is not. We had originally stopped bookings beyond April 30th, but this has been opened for May and June.
As to why, we're moving the scheduling and proctoring in-house.
New platform goes live May 1st at the latest. Those of you who have eligibility record will use that record on new platform instead of old. No difference to how exam is handled. If you have booked, we will transfer the records to our new system.
Will the exam locations change as a part of this change?
Locations have always been a sticking point for me as I need to travel, but also need to align an exam date with a time that matches when I'm ready.
If I waited until I finished a class and studied for a week, then went to schedule an exam, I may find I'd have to wait weeks or spend 5+ hours traveling.
They may or may not. If the location has a laptop, it will not change. If it had the large kiosk, it is possible it will change.
Which location would you like to see?
Downtown Chicago was convenient. The Chicago suburbs are do-able, but require dealing with traffic and driving vs. taking a train. There also used to be St Louis and Minneapolis which were ~ 10-hour roundtrip drives. If there was Milwaukee or Madison it would be amazing.
Hi, I need to book an appointment and PSI says nothing is available for next couple of months, any other way to schedule an exam?
I just booked an kiosk exam on examslocal.com in Switzerland. Will there be an alternative for Kiosk exams?
Is there a ETA when Individual Exams can be booked again? I was for an classroom Exam recently but the schedules are very static so i would like to do next time Kiosk again
Has anyone been able to log into the new system? I received an email earlier this week and see an "access denied" prompt when logging in. I emailed into the address mentioned if problems arise, but have yet to hear anything back.
Unfortunately all Red Hat exams have been removed from out site. This should have been communicated to you by Red Hat. Due to a recent update all Red Hat exams have been removed from PSI as we no longer provide any assistance for the exams. All Red Hat exams that were scheduled in our system have been cancelled. Please go to https://rhtapps.redhat.com/individualexamscheduler/services/externaluser/login
to schedule, reschedule or cancel your exam. If you encounter difficulties, please email rhie-support@redhat.com.
This happen on 20th June.
Did they manage to resolve Your issue?
I've got the same problem and am wondering how long it cant take and how to resolve it.

Thanks,
it's exactly the same issue as mentioned by Jon Schwenn - trying to get to exam scheduler, I'm getting the Access denied error.
And it also seems, I'm unfortunately double-posting, very sorry for that.
Thanks for info, I however have a processed exam order (enrollment key seems to have been used, but possibly I just left the autoenrollment box 'ticked') - that I've paid for and its status is invoiced (payment status - approved). I'm also emailing with RedHat people in the region I live in, so we'll live, we'll see ;)
In the past (examslocal.com) I could check the availability of individual exams and via the RedHat.com website I could check the availability of the classroom exams. After checking those dates I could make the decision to go for an individual exam or a classroom exam.
The provided link is really disappoints me. (https://rhtapps.redhat.com/individualexamscheduler/services/externaluser/login) "Greetings! This account does not appear to have any exams available to schedule at this time."
Can you please create a possibility to check the availability first before being able to really schedule?
Thanks in advanced!
