Are you referring to this link?:
https://access.redhat.com/labs/kickstartconfig/

It's working for me currently, but it might help to provide some details about the issues you are having.

Yes! Its not working for me too. Any permissions needed?

All,

Please provide more details, like what is going wrong?

Cannot you login to the webpage?

Can you fill in all fields, but cannot download a kickstart file?

Any details may help us solve your issue or give a Community Leader input to open a Red Hat case, if you are unable to open one yourself about the Product: Customer Portal.

Jan Gerrit Kootstra

Hi All,

I get a blank page when I go to https://access.redhat.com/labs/kickstartconfig/. I have a corporate RHEL account.

Thanks, Dhanushka

Hi Dhanushka Frenando, my initial thought is perhaps as a test from your location, try a different web browser. For instance, chrome, firefox, microsoft's version, etc. let us know

Hi R.Hinton, no go for chrome and firefox. Browser debug logs says follows

Error: [$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module kickstartconfig due to: [$injector:nomod] Module 'kickstartconfig' is not available! You either misspelled the module name or forgot to load it. If registering a module ensure that you specify the dependencies as the second argument. http://errors.angularjs.org/1.2.8/$injector/nomod?p0=kickstartconfig

Hi Dhanushka Frenando,

Thanks for the feedback, I'll attempt a kickstart tonight myself, and see if I get the same thing, thanks for letting us know,

Regards,

RJ

Hi Dhanushka Frenando,

i tried a kickstart from the link (using three different browsers) https://access.redhat.com/labs/kickstartconfig/ and for me it worked... I'm sorry it's giving you difficulty.

I tried it across three different browsers and it worked for me. Is there any chance you are behind some form of proxy or something that might be limiting content? or do you have a systemic form of content blocker perhaps?

I don't personally know why you are incurring errors such as "http://errors.angularjs.org/1.2.8/$injector/nomod?p0=kickstartconfig" while going to access.redhat.com... That being said, maybe it's buried in the code of one of Red Hat's objects.

I see in the code of the page references (within https://access.redhat.com/labs/kickstartconfig/) to a couple of files cited by the generator to ".js" scripts that have references to angular:

# https://access.redhat.com/webassets/avalon/j/lib/require.js

Maybe one of those it misbehaving for you (for those reporting the issue here) when you (plural) attempt to use the kickstart generator.

In any case, ir. Jan Gerrit Kootstra brought up a good point, to submit a case regarding this if needed.

Regards,

-RJ

I have tried in multiple browsers like Dhanushka Fernando did. Chrome, IE, firefox. All it gives is a blank page.

Rajesh Jose (and anyone else experiencing this issue) please submit a support case.

  • Go to this link: https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/, which is at the top of this page too, named SUPPORT CASES.
  • In the Product drop down, select: Red Hat Customer Portal (NOTE: You will need to scroll down through a list in the drop-down menu)
  • Important, in the Product Version drop down, select Current Version NOTE: the "Submit" button won't activate until this is selected.
  • In the Case Type drop down, select: Other
  • In the Problem Statement block, enter something concise, like "error with kickstart generator https://access.redhat.com/labs/kickstartconfig/, and a small description.
  • In the Case Description block, enter the specifics.

Hi Rajesh,

For some reason, https://access.redhat.com/labs/kickstartconfig/ page is loading up for me after not working for pas few days. Strange.

Regards, Dhanushka.
