Assuming you have two RHV instances, one in production and one in DR.

High-level steps are:

create export domain that is accessible for both RHV instances
attach export domain to production RHV
export VM
detach export domain from production RHV
attach export domain to DR RHV
import VM (new mac address)
remove VM from export domain
detach export domain from DR RHV
