"Early Access" FEBRUARY 2018

Latest response

There was announcement : EARLY ACCESS BELOW TITLES COMING IN FEBRUARY:

JB283 - Red Hat Application Development II: Implementing Microservices Architectures

RH423 - Red Hat Identity Management and Active Directory Integration
Early Access

BUT I don't see them listed yet in "Early Access"

When will it be available ?

Clearly I need to have marketing change the news letter to say:

EARLY ACCESS BELOW TITLES COMING SOON

I'll make that happen today.

Realize that Early Access is a catalog of classes we have under active development. When the curriclum authors have enough material that they think it is worth-while to publish to Early Access, and that content is fairly robust (ie. they believe it works as written), and they have a working (or mostly working, because it is in development) lab environment, they put the class' content in Early Access. The same curation is applied to future releases of the class content.

Now, what that also means is that if the content does not pass those requirements, the class' content doesn't get published to Early Access. If there is a slowdown in the production of the content, like it spends a couple of extra days in technical review or the content developers run into unexpected product changes or challenges, it can affect the delivery of Early Access content.

Oh, hey, did you see that we added CL310 Red Hat OpenStack Administration III to the Early Access catalog? It wasn't on the list of content expected in February, but it's there now, and content complete!

Hello Scott, will RH423 count towards RHCA? I have been waiting for this course for a long time. We use IDM at out shop but it is not deployed to the fullest extent. I have received calls to deploy this, but I refuse because my knowledge is basic. I am appreciate you guys finally making this course available. Hope we have more lab hours too.

Thanks Arrey

How to access the Early Access catalog?

When you login to your ROLE account, it is one of the menu items

I do not have a ROLE subscription, only access to a specific training, that is why I do not see I guess.
