Hi
I would like to ask if RedHat community cooperate with CIS organization (www.cisecurity.org) which made advices for administrators how to made security hardening.
And from my perspective it will be best if lot of CIS advices will be implemented directly
as default settings in OS. It this case directly in RHEL.
What are you thinking about?

CIS makes recommendations. It is up to the individual user/organization to decide if the recommendation makes sense to implement. For every user like yourself who would like the CIS guidelines to be default configuration there will be a user who does not.
RHEL 7 install allows for installation using Security Profiles which would allow someone like yourself to automate the hardening of a server based off of published guidelines like CIS.
