I will have three type of installation ?
1 - Redhat Linux enterprise 7.0 Bare Metal
2- RedHat Linux Enterprise 7.0 - two VMs installed based on KVM

So How I can register these offine if there is no internet - or no satellite
and how many registration I need in this case ? for Hypervisor KVM , Besides 3 subscriptions So, 4 in total ? or only 3 for BM host and 2 VMs

Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Virtual Datacenters (VDC) subscription will cover the hypervisor plus RHEL VMs.

Abdullah is already aware of the option to purchase individual subscriptions. VDC is an example of one subscription that covers everything in that setup.

Contacting Sales is also a good idea.
