RedHat Registration

I will have three type of installation ?
1 - Redhat Linux enterprise 7.0 Bare Metal
2- RedHat Linux Enterprise 7.0 - two VMs installed based on KVM

So How I can register these offine if there is no internet - or no satellite
and how many registration I need in this case ? for Hypervisor KVM , Besides 3 subscriptions So, 4 in total ? or only 3 for BM host and 2 VMs
