Ravello system servers not working correctly, keyboard completely random

Today my learning subscription is almost unusable,
I try from home, or from a cafe shop with my laptop,
everytime it is the same problem, the keyboard in the ravello systems
isn't responding, starting to repeat the last key 5, 10 or more times,
switching in uppercase and can't switch back, and now not respond to keyboard at all.
I need to completely reset the server to get access again.
even the 'paste text' from the ravello gui give random result in the server.

It's totaly unusable and can't use my learning subscription today.
